Follow up to my first report. My friend did buy one and it has changed his dog in such a positive way. He told me using this device, along with his being consistent in his training, that his lab is so much more enjoyable to be around. I am really writing this review for him because he doesn't have a computer. We are always telling others about this product. As a matter of fact as I write this review I have loaned my transmitter to someone for a trial. I know she will be buying one.
