Tirofog Magic believes that your personal information should be kept private.  In the course of doing business, we collect and maintain data from you that is required to complete transactions or to communicate with you of which we typically use email for basic communications.  We will only use your information in a manner that you have authorized.  We do not sell, rent, trade, give away, loan, lease, abandon, leave unprotected out in the cold, or in any way allow access to your personally identifiable information by a third party without your prior consent.

Cookies:

We use cookies for several purposes. For example, we use cookies to remember you when you return to our website, or to keep your preferences for you.  If you have a business relationship with us and wish to place a wholesale order or manage your account using our site, you are going to need accept cookies.  You can use our site without cookies, but you probably won’t like it. Don’t worry, unless you tell it not to your browser will handle this for you. Also, we don’t store any personally identifiable information in cookies, so they are pretty harmless.

Statistics:
We use Google Analytics to generate reports for us about how our site is being used.  The data collected by Google tells us the kinds of pages you like, and the ones you don’t, but it doesn’t tell us who you are, or anything identifiable about you.  We do not send personally identifiable information to Google, and we don’t get any back from them, it is all anonymous.

Website Links posted on our site:
On some of our pages we may have links to other web locations, which are mostly to magic related sites.  If you follow a link that takes you somewhere else you should know that we do not, and cannot, control what you see there. We won’t put any links on our site that we feel could put your privacy at risk; however, when you leave our website, you do so on your own risk.
